Early Identification speech , language and Communication Disorders

The first three years of life are a time of rapid brain organization and growth that affects not only linguistic development but also cognitive, emotional, social and motor  development. Optimal brain development during the first three years is therefore vitally  important to long-term outcomes, impacted by interactions between early physical,  social, emotional and experiential learning (Hertzman, 2000; Shonkoff & Meisels, 2000).

Without early identification programs, followed by integral early intervention programs, children with speech and language problems could have poorer adult outcomes, resulting in familial and societal stress (Hertzman, 2000). Fortunately, difficulties in speech and language learning in the  early years can be ameliorated, or in some cases prevented, if they are efficiently identified (Hertzman, 2000; Hertzman, 2010

Recommendations:

1. reliable prevention, identification and elimination of causal factors of speech and language disorders, and
2.  promotion of wellness; that is, a decreased prevalence of developmental speech-language disorders and increased communication functioning from infancy on.

السنوات الثالث الاولى للطفل هي اهم سنوات  لنمو العقل ليس فقط بالكلام بل في الحركات و المشاعرو العلاقات 

الاجتماعيه و تطور نمو العقل في هذه المرحله تفوق المراحل العمرية التالية .

كون هذه المرحلة مرحلة تطور سريع واكتساب للمهارات والمعارف الأساسية، يحتاج الطفل الي التدريب المباشر للأسرة على يد المختصين، ووضع خطوات التدريب المشترك بين المركز والمنزل، وتنظيم حلقات للدعم والإرشاد للأسر بالإضافة إلى خدمات التدريب المنزلي والدمج الاجتماعي وذلك بهدف التخفيف من آثار الصعوبات النمائية لدى الأطفال والرضع من أطفال ، واستثارة التطور لديهم بأقصى قدر ممكن من أجل إعدادهم للإلتحاق ببرامج الدمج في المدارس وتجهيزهم لتلقي الخدمات في فصول عادية.

 و اكتشاف المشكله خاصة في النطق و الكلام  لدى الطفل في هذه المرحله ستؤدي الي تطور اسرع لدي الطفل و ممكن 

 مع التدريب المكثف ان يدخل الطفل مع الاطفال الطبيعين و يكون مستقل
